ELC Aluminium Industry and Trade Inc. launched its operations in the Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone in 2016, transferring its 50 years of metal production and processing expertise into aluminium manufacturing. The company continues its activities with over 210 employees in a 35,000 m² indoor area and a total of 50,000 m² of production space. ELC Aluminium aims to continuously improve its production processes and expand its product range through new ideas and investments.
Archminium Architectural Systems develops innovative aluminium solutions that bring together all the features required by modern architecture. By combining aluminium’s aesthetic elegance, high durability, energy efficiency and sustainable structure, Archminium enables outstanding results in every project.
ELC Aluminium, drawing on 8 years of experience and a mold archive consisting of over 6000 different molds, produces molds that meet the required durability, functionality, flawless surface quality, dimensional tolerances, physical properties, and quality expectations of profiles.

ELC Aluminium operates an extrusion facility with one 8” press and two 6” presses, achieving an annual production capacity of 24,000 tons of aluminium profiles. Planned investments in the short term will further expand the extrusion machinery and product range.

ELC Aluminium operates an anodizing facility with an annual capacity of 12,000 tons, offering various surface effects including matte, bright, and satin anodizing.

Our facility, one of the most advanced infrastructures in Turkey, is capable of applying both classic anodizing (including hard anodizing) and multi-colored surface treatments on a single line. It has a maximum profile length of 3,200 mm and an annual production capacity of 50,000,000 units.

ELC Aluminium operates an electrostatic powder coating facility with an annual capacity of 9,000 tons, providing coating services in a wide range of colors according to RAL codes to meet customer requirements.

ELC Aluminium’s profile processing facility is equipped with four double-head saws capable of precise straight and angled cuts, along with two end-cutting machines. It also features four CNC machines for operations such as slotting, breaking, chamfering, and tapping, as well as five eccentric presses for drilling, emptying, or slotting tasks.
