Emergency Preparedness Put to the Test at ELC Aluminium.
At ELC Aluminium, we successfully completed our annual Emergency Response Drill, conducted to protect the safety of our employees, raise awareness of emergency situations, and strengthen the coordination of our response teams.
Designed in line with real working conditions, the drill included practical earthquake, fire, evacuation, and first aid scenarios. Employees’ ability to act correctly, quickly, and consciously during emergencies was evaluated, while the response procedures of the designated teams were also tested on site.
The drill covered:
- Correct actions to take during an earthquake,
- Controlled and safe evacuation to assembly areas,
- Fire response using appropriate equipment and intervention techniques,
- Safe evacuation of injured persons,
- Basic first aid practices,
- Task distribution and coordination among emergency response teams.
All scenarios were successfully carried out.
Through these regularly conducted drills, we aim to keep our employees’ knowledge and awareness up to date and continuously improve our level of preparedness for potential risks.
