ELC Aluminium operates an extrusion facility with one 8” press and two 6” presses, achieving an annual production capacity of 24,000 tons of aluminium profiles. Planned investments in the short term will further expand the extrusion machinery and product range.

In accordance with its commitment to customer satisfaction and quality principles, the facility uses primary raw materials. The facility can produce profiles in the range of 150 g/m to 30 kg/m and offers solutions based on customer requirements, including: general-purpose alloys such as 6060 and 6063; decorative applications using alloy 6463; and higher strength alloys like 6005, 6061, and 6082, with tight tolerances.

Dedicated to customer satisfaction, ELC Aluminium manufactures profiles in accordance with TSE EN 755 and TSE EN 12020 standards and desired condition types. Compliance with relevant standards or specific tolerances is verified by the expert quality team using "optical measurement" devices.
