Recruitment Process
Guided by the belief that behind every successful business are dedicated employees, we place our focus on our employees as the core of our company. Therefore, our primary goal in the Human Resources department is to find and work with colleagues who align with our company's goals and values. In this regard, we aim to involve qualified team members in our interviews to ensure the most accurate placement for open positions. For candidates who pass the interview stage, the next steps include management approval and reference checks. Once these stages yield positive results, the process moves to the job offer stage.
Orientation
At Elc Aluminium, we conduct separate orientation programs for blue-collar and white-collar employees. For white-collar employees, the program begins with an introduction to the administrative staff and management, with an emphasis on departments they will frequently interact with, depending on the nature of their job. The orientation training lasts between a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 1 week. The aim is to familiarize them with the departments they will work with and to know whom to contact in different situations. For blue-collar employees, a vocational orientation (on-the-job training) program is implemented. Each department provides sufficient training for the position's requirements while the employee is on the job, completing the program accordingly.
Data Processing
At Elc Aluminium, personal data collected through job application forms will be processed in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("PPDL") and the relevant regulations in force. The processing will be limited to purposes such as recruitment, evaluation, communication, placement, and human resources activities within the framework of establishing an employment contract.
